Procedures to Determine Ineligibility for Participation in the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund and to Determine Exemption from Participation in the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund due to Limited Exposure

PURPOSE:

The State Board of Administration of Florida, Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund, seeks to amend the rule listed above to implement Section 215.555, F.S.

SUMMARY:

Rule 19-8.012, F.A.C., is being amended to make technical changes throughout, remove unnecessary statutory cites, remove outdated language, and clarify documentation needed from Office of Insurance Regulation can be a letter and not just an Order.
